What is day-to-day like working with Meaningful?
During the onboarding phase, we establish the main communication channels. We generally work with Slack and share channels with our clients for near-synchronous communication, but we also use Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Mattermost, etc.
We have a policy not to use WhatsApp or Emails for daily communication.
Additionally, we establish a weekly sync meeting where priorities, experiments are established, and retrospectives are done. All our tasks are tracked in ClickUp in a space we share with the client.
In which time zones do you work?
While our team is 100% remote and decentralized, the best time zones to collaborate are CST plus or minus 3 hours.
How can I know if my company is fit to work with Meaningful?
We work with companies of various sizes and sectors, from startups to large corporations. We have never found a company that is 100% optimized and does not need growth marketing. So if you have doubts and are looking to grow or optimize your growth strategy, we are sure we can help you!
What is the time commitment?
Unlike traditional agencies, our contracts do not have a minimum duration. If we are not a good fit for your team, you can cancel our relationship at any time, although that has never been the case for us.
Our contracts generally last between four and six months.
